What is
PDA Assessment

PDA Assessment (Personal Development Analysis) is an assessment that, through a simple, precise and scientifically proven methodology, allows to describe and analyze the Behavioral Profile of people. In this way, it also allows assessing the behavioral needs of a position and generating detailed compatibility reports, applicable to the different Human Resources processes.
PDA Assessment does not qualify behavioral profiles as “good or bad”, but describes the behavioral characteristics of the person being assessed. When issuing Compatibility Studies between a person and a position, simply describe in detail the strengths and possible weaknesses.
